Thanks to their unique design, the weights can be easily attached to your pole dance pole or A-Frame and look fantastic with the typical X-Pole look. These X-Pole bags can be filled by yourself (e.g. with sand) and thus adjusted in weight individually.

The X-Pole bags for additional weight can be filled with sandbox sand (available at most hardware stores).

Each X-Pole bag has a capacity of 10 kg of sand.
