How can I hang the X-Pole X-Fly?
You can attach the X-Pole X-Fly to the X-Pole A-Frame, a permanently installed aerial ceiling mount or with a round sling to a load-bearing beam. You should make sure that there is enough space around the poles (at least 2 m radius) and that there is nothing around that you could injure yourself on while training.
What additional accessories do I need to hang the X-Pole X-Fly?
The attachment of an X-Pole X-Fly can be different, but usually you are with a round sling, two carabiners and a swivel with ball bearings
well equipped. If you want to attach the X-Pole X-Fly to your ceiling, you also need an aerial ceiling mount.

The minimum ceiling height required depends on the type of suspension you have.
